Aiming to reach new markets, create new products, and research and work on the state of the art in Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence and Collaborative Platforms, In Forma found in the Criatec 2 investment fund a partner that actively supports, guides and helps execute the company’s Business Plan! In Forma reinvents itself! We redesigned our brand, expanded our products to alternative energy companies (wind, solar), made cloud services available to our clients and created a business unit for Intelligent Autonomous Applications, applying Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts to help companies in the Energy, Oil and Gas and airport infrastructure markets overcome their challenges.
Achieves CMMI Services Level 3 appraisal Always focused on the continuous improvement of its processes, In Forma achieves CMMI Services Level 3. International recognition of the quality of our service and development processes ensures that our clients have the best integrated physical asset management system and are served with consistency and excellence.

CMMI – Services Always focused on the continuous improvement of the quality of its processes, In Forma achieves the CMMI – Services Level 2 appraisal. This valuable international certificate attests to the quality of our development processes so that our clients have the best integrated physical asset management system in Brazil.
2007
New EquipMaint-i software Chesf adopts the new EquipMaint-i software, the technological evolution of EquipMaint-d, for integrated operation and maintenance management. The following year, the first EquipMaint deployments outside the Northeast take place, in Rio Grande do Sul and Brasília. Over the next three years, every region of Brazil would adopt the new integrated physical asset management methodology.
2007
In Forma USA is founded In Forma USA is established in the state of Virginia, USA, and lasts only one year, but brings important lessons about doing business in competitive markets. The experience prepared us for the years that followed, full of challenges and achievements!
2000
First international client In 2000, In Forma wins its first international client: Modular Mining Systems, a world leader in IT for mining and a subsidiary of Japanese giant Komatsu, headquartered in Tucson, Arizona. Since then, we have developed many projects together, and we are still proud to count them as clients today! From then on, we gained clients in several parts of the world, such as Cape Verde, Angola and Chile.
1999
EquipMaint-d software For the first time, the EquipMaint-d software was deployed for telecommunications asset management at Celpe, a power distribution company in Recife. Soon after, Chesf began using the software for IT assets and general services.
1993
Foundation In February, In Forma is founded with a business plan approved by the Softex project, which at the time aimed to increase Brazil’s software exports. We were born thinking big!
