The platform is very robust and aligned with our needs. The tool has evolved intuitively and meets our reality very well. We used to print switching sequences on paper to take to the field; today the amount of paper issued for switching plans has dropped significantly. We used to interact with the COT (Transmission Operation Center) much more by phone, and now we do it through Zaccx. The time we used to spend on communication during interventions is now used for other daily tasks, such as preparing jobs and separating tags, among others. We also support the company’s path toward digital transformation and expand our own knowledge.
